BII is one of the leading banks in Indonesia with international network, 250
branches and more than 725 ATMs throughout Indonesia. BII provides products and
services for commercial and medium scale enterprises as well as individuals
credit cards, mortgages, deposits, lending and wealth management services. The
services for corporate customers are trade finance, cash management, lending,
custody and foreign exchange. Currently we are requires candidates for the
positions of:
Tax Compliance Officer (Code: TCO) - Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities
Review and input PPh deductions
Make data recap according to the type of taxes and services
Deliver tax cut evidence to the associated parties
Archive the tax documents
Help collecting data related to the tax audit
Requirements
Bachelor degree majoring in Taxation, Accounting or similar from reputable
university
Having knowledge in tax administration field, especially in its reporting
Have at least 2 years working experience in the same field preferably from
banking
Responsible, self-organized and attention to detail
Able to work in tight deadlines
Willing to be placed in Jakarta
Closing date: April 6th, 2013

Responsibilities
Facilitating the talent review process, i.e. talent identification and
classification
Conducting analysis for talent data and providing related reports
Supporting the implementation of employee development program
Managing the International Employee Assignment system
Requirements
Bachelor degree from reputable university
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Male/female, max. 25 years old
Good in conceptual and analytical thinking skill
Strong learning agility and self-motivated
Good knowledge of Ms. Office and able to operate Ms. Excel & Ms. Power Point
Fluent in English both oral and written
Closing date: April 14th, 2013
