Under supervision by GA/HR supervisor and has responsibilities to conduct
activities on supporting legal aspects and its management.
Job Description
Handling Legal draft agreement and Legal works of GA/HR department
Bring out Legal Opinion to business section
Selecting and overseeing the work of outside counsel, work with them for
drafting and editing business agreement such as for Purchase, sales or service
agreement purpose.
Bring out Legal Opinion to human resources on employment law and labor and
benefit issues.
Develop and manage sources if information of industrial relation, expatriate
working licenses and business licenses government regulation.
Requirement
Male (maximum 32 years of age)
Has 3 years experience in GA/HR or Legal field especially handling contract
agreement.
Having good knowledge in industrial relation.
Active English is a must (conversation and writings)
S1 graduate in law.
Computer skill: Outlook Email, MS Excel, Ms Word
Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as
team.
Working time :Monday to Friday (and sometimes in Saturday) 08:00 to
17:00Employment term: Contract with the company for the 1st 1yearWorking
commencement : ASAP
